I’m not saying Latinos are disproportionately in Democratic areas, I’m saying that the areas being targeted disproportionately lean farther toward Democrats regardless of whether they are more or less Latino. I’m saying this is being used as a tool to punish less conservative areas, I’m not trying to argue that Latinos in Florida are concentrated in Democratic-leaning places.
