I hate when companies put too many services under one account. It’s shit like that which makes you need 2FA for bloody Minecraft.

We’ve effectively eliminated boredom from our lives, and that sucks. Boredom is super important not just for our mental health, but in my view also for qualifying as sentient creatures.

2·6 days agoI’d be game for that. I hate the fact that photos of me exist in this world.
I still game, just not on console.
PS2 was the last game console I ever owned, and I have no regrets.
This is why low-quality art gets more trust from me. Nobody’s using AI to draw a stick figure.

7·1 month agoThere’s also the fact that rich people buying insulin for themselves is enough to keep them safe. Rich people vaccinating only themselves though won’t be anywhere near as effective.
Unvaccinated people just give a vaccine-resistant strain the chance to develop.
I don’t even have time for all the great indies.
Like seriously, that’s a real problem. I had to remove Deltarune from my wishlist. DELTARUNE.
I find it so annoying how Claude always goes out of the way to compliment me on my question. It rubs me the wrong way whenever I see it.

1·2 months agoChange to Mullvad or Adguard DNS. It’s not perfect, but doesn’t require manifest V2 so it works well even on edge.
That said it’s even harder to fix issues caused by DNS-level adblocking than an extension so consider at your own risk.

1·2 months agoIf it could, that would suggest Meta is quite incompetent. If there is an AI detector that can tell the difference between your AI generated images and real images, you should be using that to train the AI model.

21·2 months agoThe way you phrased that makes it so easy to misinterpret. You could easily read that as
“Cubans wouldn’t be able to overthrow their government because their government has made them too weak, and while America’s actions seem genocidal Trump is the only one willing to help them”.
Also, Mexico was sending fuel to them at first before Trump pressured them not to. Mexico itself does seems pretty supportive of these aid deliveries.
