I moved to com.kaii.photos on F-Droid. Works quite well.
You don’t have to be a committed fascist to be criticized for normalizing fascist dogwhistles and symbolism. “Other people do it too” is not a good excuse either.
That being said, it was a long time ago, and I do think he understands it was stupid and wouldn’t do it again.
