After the euromaidan protests that led to his political pick fleeing the country, that’s when he immediately invaded Crimea and eastern Ukraine.

Yes, they try to anul the votes, but I don’t think that will be overly successful. So if he keeps the same timeframe, he should be preparing “maneuvers” near the border anytime soon…
