I’d argue that love must be taught as well or at least shown as an example by caretakers. There are forms of toxic love or one sided love or people struggling to figure love out or whatever they are in love or even countless lectures/research/discussions on what is love?

I like the notion, don’t think it’s true though. Empathy, love and tolerance is something you also have to learn, some people need more guidance with it than others and bad parenting can almost permanently fuck up people in that regard (almost; it’s always possible to learn later, just takes more work). It’s also a muscle you have to always keep healthy to not grow weak and suffer an infection like xenophobia, transphobia and such. Sometimes those infections even grow and lurk in the shadow of your best intention.

A lot of indigenous cultures have a lot of wisdom in this regard from which the arrogant “developed” societies keep refusing to learn (because it doesn’t fit either the >200 year old school systems, nor the ultra-competitive nature it teaches, nor the “nuclear family” bullshit). At least that’s my impression.

If the saying was true, than why is there any hate in the world in the first place?

Oops, turns out that human nature and morality is a complicated nuanced topic!

Really cool art but I have to fundamentally disagree. Hate of what is different is the most natural thing ever. It’s better to acknowledge that we might all be a little bigoted sometimes than to pretend we are pure beings.

I’m hoping to start it in the first week of August
