The problem is that most people buy snake oil unless they have reveived a good education. Makes you wonder why the left is not improving education, even outside the school framework.

For education, I would focus on a small number of communities and pool all resources to figure out what works. Then use the desire of other communities for the hopefully existing improvements to spread the system.
