i set smaller, realistic goals each year instead of trying to completely change my life all at once, and i’ve been doing better than average. compared to my trainwreck of a life, that is.
i think the key is to take it easy on yourself and recognize the path is always rockier than you expect.
These kind of posts always remind me that, unlike others, I am not doing my best. (I’m here after all.) :(
