Buck Burkeswood
Buckminster Burkeswood. Author, digital exile, and ruthless entrepreneur. I farm oceans of AI slop for a living, and stack wins while purists cope, seethe, and mald from their dying careers.
I also broke free from Big Tech’s surveillance prisons, rigged arbitration traps, and gluttonous data plunder. Open source or nothing. Information demands to be free.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Why is the herd mentality so common on Lemmy?
2·3 months agoYep, and what sucks, is that even tho you blocked them, they can still see all of your posts, and respond to them with the same attacks, but you won’t see it. Everyone else will. Lemmy is getting more and more toxic.

3·3 months agoI did report, and did block. And I got harrassed for reporting. But all good, after blocking and ignoring, I have moved on.

3·3 months agoGreat points. I’ve seen people on here say that reddit is too conservative for them. Ok, if they think reddit is conservative, yeah, they are freaking extreme. So I think you make really good points!

157·3 months agoI don’t have an answer for you, OP. I will say that Lemmy is the angriest social media platform I have ever been on. I have never seen so many angry people who will actually stalk people (across mulitple posts) they disagree with, as I have seen on Lemmy. I’ve seen people here advocate for murder and torture of people and/or politicians they don’t agree with. It’s crazy!

This is awesome. Which llm did you use that gave you the suggestion?
