    Fairly new Alamo Drafthouse Boston. Can walk from the big transit hub or the special bus line that’s underground, will drop you right near the front door.

    Beer options are respectable and I enjoy the full liquor options.

    Popcorn! OMG! The stuff is tossed in clarified butter and served in a big tin bowl…YES!… Free refills. I will not confess how much I ate in a single movie.

      There’s the Coolidge (green line is a bit of a pain) and Somerville Theater (right off the redline in Davis square).

      The Brattle is also really good for rare, arthouse films and it’s a rear projection screen which is kinda novel now.

      I haven’t been to the Drafhouse, but see no reason to, especially now that it’s owned by Sony.

        I’ve been to Coolidge. I’ll find something to revisit to check out the remodel/expansion.

        I’ll take the beer delivered to my seat over other choices no matter who owns the Alamo.
