For me personally (as a trans woman), I use a special gaff from LeoLines that’s basically padded compression panties, and just pull everything back until it’s all under and not in front. It smooths everything out to look natural for me. I can wear leggings that way, too! However, I was blessed with being a “grower”, so YMMV

Gaffs are the answer! Also just tight underwear works sometimes too, or tight booty shorts lol
