Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley on Saturday questioned Donald Trump’s mental fitness after he appeared to confuse her with former House speaker Nancy Pelosi when talking about the January 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol.
Haley has said that her next debate would either be with Donald Trump or Joe Biden. Maybe Biden should take her up on that. Debates are really just reality TV programming anyway, if they can come up with a excuse to have a irrelevant debate between the Governors of Florida and California, then they can make this happen while Haley is still a viable candidate.
If Trump declines, then the two of them can take all their time hammering him on his mental deficiencies. And I think Biden is in need of a debate to prove that although he is old, he is still mentally sharp. Biden needs to make sure people know that he is able to do the job, and that all the talk online about his mental decline is really Trump’s DARVO showing.
