Sure is, and the other guy has an ak-47 over his shoulder. They were in a part of the world with pirates, freedom fighters, and warlords. They had to smooth talk their way past a government checkpoint to even be allowed there. USA Special Forces troops weren’t allowed through, and were pissed when the surfers got past.
