You’d think the government would want the people doing those jobs to be here, where they would be paying US taxes, and recirculating their pay into our economy. If anything, you’d expect them to make it harder to outsource and easier to immigrate.
It depends who you think the govt is working for. It is not you or me. It is Money. And Money loves immigrant labour as long as the immigrants don’t have any rights.
