That’s a substantial difference. The 5.7x28mm caliber the P90 uses is allegedly pretty good against amor for an SMG, but the bullets are expensive and it’s never going to have the stopping power of a rifle.
Magpul designed a similar (imo better) gun, the PDR-C, which never went to market as there was not enough interest at the time. P90 is pretty good, too. Gotta love dem bullpups.
