When a team uses Unreal properly it can be great. Guilty Gear Strive is built in Unreal, has a beautiful unique visual style, and runs great. But you need a team who really knows what they’re doing, both on the code and art sides.

I don’t mind this personally. The world of FFVII is huge, and the remaster has so much more detail in it. It’s not like the remasters are short games, expecting the entire FFVII story to be told in this kind of detail in one £50 box is kind of a big ask.

I bought 16 on PS5 at release and it’s definitely worth waiting for a sale. The combat is pretty great but I find the story pretty mediocre (although I haven’t finished it yet) and the world is just so drab and full of predictable characters. This is Final Fantasy, give us some colour! In FFVI you could play as a Yeti teaming up with a girl who paints her enemies to death along with a guy who can suplex a train!

What FM broadcasters don’t have an internet radio presence? Arguably that’s more profitable from an ads standpoint since you can get analytics about who’s listening, vs FM radio where you’re just broadcasting to whoever’s out there.
