I think the closest you will get is VSCode with the Code Runner extension. Not as lightweight, but probably as light as you will get in Windows.

The track is too wet to use the slicks. So they have to use tires made for driving in wet conditions. Green tires for a little wet. Blue tires for really wet.

If you don’t connect the LG to the network it can be just a dumb monitor. Set the tv to always use the last active input when you turn it on and you will never see a menu or any prompts.
