Or was a close call. I heard that were debating changing the national bird to the Hawk Tuah

Probably to keep somebody from clipping it out and claiming ownership of the video
My mental voice for that is Vladislav from Among the Shadows
tweaking himem.sys was a skill in and of itself :-)
DOS5 here, installed from 5.25" floppies on a tiny HDD and looking at one of those awful shades-of-yellow monitors.
That’s if you don’t count the computer that didn’t have a hard drive and ONLY booted from 3.5" floppy (which was just enough to get a bootable DOS disk and Prince of Persia).
IRQ’s were great for choice. You got to your modem, video card, and soundcard and then picked which two would actually work when they all wanted IRQ5 or 7
Could have had another target on the list but also plans to do a full reveal if caught
And, sadly, no longer available in Canada for some reason :-(
Fixed fine on a sliding scale for repeat offenders
And the roast chickens are still the cheapest in town.
Hydroelectric is great where it is available, but it’s again limited by landscape and other factors in use
Night? Longer periods of cloudy days or storms?
You’re not LOSING anything if it’s capturing already excess energy, which would by its nature be lost if not used at the time of generation
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this feels like a good place for Hydrogen power to step in.
One of the oft repeated concerns is that generating hydrogen to power vehicles the takes a lot of energy, which often comes from dirty sources.
One of the oft repeated issues for solar (or wind etc) is that it’s available at certain times and not in and of itself storable or transportable, so excess is lost.
So, take the excess solar energy, produce hydrogen and store for off-peak times or to distribute.
Seems like a win to me.
Well, however you want to put, in terms of control Republicans won The House The Senate The Presidency
So yeah that’s a lot. Whether it’s because Trump “won” it or the Democrats “lost” it, the end result is going to be pretty heavy
And also that - depending on the format of the video and software involved - doing a “binary search” might not be that simple
With my own NVR system, it takes great quality video and I can pull files of it, but the actual interface is pretty janky to say the least, and accessing stuff like the fisheye cameras only really works well within the vendor’s app.
Meanwhile Charles Darwin looks on approvingly…
It varies a lot but the chip brand too. As an adult, I don’t like the brands I used to but I’m not sure if that’s because they’ve changed or my tastes did. Given how many cheap or on recipes either is possible.
But there are various brands of salt and malt vinegar that I really like now.
Still liked the overall flavor both as a kid and an adult, but maybe I am a freak :-)
I’ll add to that: The PlayStation etc scalpers at least give you a still-new product at the inflated price. The landlords rent it out for additional income and THEN sell it at a profit.
So it’s more like buying a PS5 for $500, having somebody rent to play it for $100/mo, then selling it for $800 after a year
Old cilantro that’s starting to go bad maybe. That has a very “earthy” smell similar to an over-watered plant
Yeah I’m pretty sure they’ll somehow end up with a jury comprised entirely of CEO’s or their immediate family, “randomly” selected of course
