I don’t think of youtube as a streaming site for some reason. Maybe because I only interact with it on a computer and the others through TVs even though everything can go through both.

Streaming sites not including the option to block content is frustrating.

I remember when Netflix let you hide individual movies so they didn’t clutter up the categories. When it was removed there was a rumor that giving it a low score would hide it but that never worked for me. Don’t even remember the other services offering an option to hide stuff.

Really wish that option was common.

I do think the average person openly perpetuates racist stereotypes due to the pressure of systemic racism. Not that they intend to, and their beliefs frequently contradict their actions because they just don’t notice that they are going along with it.

Like the average person will talk about the ‘bad part of town’ in a way that implies the bad part is due to being where ‘those people’ live.

The casual playing off of a bunch of damage, failed buttons, and water sloshing around in the body is comedy gold!

I had a Camry and yeah, that amount of water is easy peasy for the average sedan so the Corolla wouldn’t have had any problem.

Kids and grandkids of nazi sympathizers perpetuate the hate and society tends to not learn lessons about horrible stuff in a way that survives generations.

The right opposes free thought and favors conformity to support the privileged few.

The left favors free thought and opposes conformity, because that would impede social progress.
