I can’t say I never downvote anyone but I get into these comment chains from time to time where really no matter what I post whoever I’m talking to downvotes every response but I generally shy away from downvoting even things I dislike. I don’t want to fall into an echo chamber where all I see are only the things I agree with.

    I’m not particularly fond of being called dude as a woman, but you just clearly stated you don’t care.

    You got THIS upset about two neutral statements from me. You clearly have many feathers that can be ruffled.

      I’m not upset, angry, or whatever you want me to be. This is not a concern for me at all. I hope you’re happy in your life. But if not, this won’t make me cry. Really, you have nothing to win here, as have I. You really seem to want to be upset.

        You clearly do care, you’re very invested in replying back to me. All I did was say I’m not a man and continue the conversation about down and up votes on Lemmy. This has made you very upset.
