I think Reddit is using AI modbots that really don’t like external links that have superficial similarities to links used by scammers, I was also banned for something kind of similar.
I was banned for inciting violence by legitimately suggesting someone who appeared to be in distress seek counselling. Fortunetely the person reviewing it got back to 1/25th of a second later and upheld the ban, so I found Lemmy. Which is much much better.
