This story is a little loose for “LAMF” which is usually a specific person’s reaction relating to them having wanted to hurt someone else but getting hurt instead (often but not necessarily in the same way), but I think a “meta” story like this about millions of those people is harmless every once in a while. It’s clear a huge portion of the complaints are about how Trump’s policies are actively fucking them over, and almost anyone who was cool with Trump in 2024 inherently signed onto explicitly wanting to hurt other, innocent people yet wrongly assuming he wouldn’t hurt them.
