I encourage everyone to read the actual article. Axios inserted all this “fear a big loss” and other BS. They simply asked other house Democrats and they in general said she might lose and if they were her they’d be worried.
They didn’t dismiss the challenger. They didn’t endorse anyone. They didn’t circle the wagons.
Everyone would be better off to see the bias the “journalist” here is putting in of their own accord. Theyre the one pushing you to pick a side and introducing conflict where there seemingly isn’t any.
That’s true, and Axios is especially terrible with this—it’s a worthless biased rag IMO. But the party leadership’s silence and unwillingness to endorse the winning candidates when it’s obvious how popular they are, is quite loud in and of itself.
The people have been extremely clear about what they want, and what they want is not in the personal best interests of those in power. So it’s safer for leadership to stay quiet because they know that’s how they get more money (read: corruption) and the corporate interests will do the talking for them anyway, that’s one reason they were corrupted in the first place.
I don’t think that’s apparent at all unless you dismiss everywhere centrists are still winning.
How about everyone just chill, vote in primaries, and support whomever wins? A centrist is unlikely to win in Queens but a full blooded progressive is unlikely to win in west Virginia either. Nbd- work together where you can and drive us forward.
We should use their own logic. They loose to democrats. That means they are not democrats. They’re imposters, self proclaimed imposters. Ought make their own centrist club and gtfo.
They’re telling us who they are. This is their club and they’re not taking kindly to any change that scares their clubs billionaire donors.
“They” aren’t saying anything.

Why are the people trying to take power! They must be insurrectionists!
They’re scared. Good.
