It’s wild. I’ve lost relatives to this nonsense and I don’t even live in the US.

I’m currently fighting it with some friend’s family members that aren’t complete lost causes yet, but it seems to take a disproportionate amount of effort to disarm the programming, and then they just go back and their algorithms which are happy to spoon feed them more view confirming nonsense to regurgitate.
