As for the kids’ arms and the steering wheel, those do look like they have some kind of problem but IMO it’s inconclusive whether they’re AI slop errors or a human photoshopper errors.
The most compelling thing is the messed up crown on the hubcaps (as well as the messed-up crown on the C-pillar, BTW). I’m also just noticing that the chrome strip at the top of the grille is missing, and the rear view mirrors should be chrome, not black.
But frankly, considering the accuracy of the rest of it, those errors feel less like AI slop and more like whoever did the photoshop used a picture of a fan reproduction car (or at least, something with less accuracy than the “hero” prop) that was a little bit wrong IRL. (Or in the case of the rear view mirror, it got cropped from the vehicle the people in the passenger seat were originally in, not the Family Truckster.)
