    Yeah, if I have an issue in a store or on the phone, and I get heated, I always make sure that the person on the other end knows that I’m angry at the company they work for, and not them lol. Though on one or two occasions, I think I have tried to shame them for working for such an awful company (can’t remember which it was though, but it had to have been very bad).
