Only in America, coz other countries get these by default
Dental and groceries aren’t really free in most countries. Even outside of the US we mostly consider teeth luxury bones for some reason
Then there’s the therapy. Free in my country but mental health issues have gotten so popular in the last decade that it’s significantly easier to see a psychologist or psychiatrist in private practice rather than the national system where you’ll be waiting forever for an appointment
