Well it’s the thingie that sticks out from the bottom of the door and hits the baseboard instead of the door handle hitting the wall where they both might be damaged. It’s got a spring to absorb energy and transfer some of it sideways. And a rubber tip to not scuff the paint. If you pull it sideways and let go, it boings. You want one?
