I have 8/256 version too so it’ll be long lived one for sure, since there’s kernel source code available and xda-developers community on the device is active
I’m running CrDroid on mine. Seems like a pretty good custom ROM with an active community. Really the only thing about custom ROMs that causes issues is Google with the PlayIntegrity stuff, so Wallet doesn’t sometimes work. There’s ways around that but it’s just annoying to have to do that. Oh well.
