The president of the University of Wyoming made multiple statements, all under oath, that ended up being in direct support of hate speech and harassment of transgender persons just a couple months ago. I am actively watching and hearing hate speech on campus, and the college president encourages it as free speech. There is no doubt in my mind the Columbia president is trying to pull similar optics in defence of these atrocities, I have been witnessing college presidents do the same thing in Wyoming for close to a decade now.
