It doesn’t have to be “nice” if it is factual. It is not the same as an insult.

We are discussing telling someone to “not have kids”. Similar to my example of telling someone to “not run London Marathon”.
Why an insult? This may be simply a factual assessment of someone’s abilities.
If someone tells me I am unable to participate in London Marathon, it is not an insult, just a fact.
