This is why I do CICO. Letās me adjust what I eat based off what Iām feeling that dayā¦ and itās nice because ultimately itās about eating at a deficit over a week, in my case at leastā¦ since Iām targeting 1.5 lbs/week itās just about being at a deficit overallā¦ so if I have a rough day I can theoretically āmake up for itā throughout the rest of the week.
Of course I still need to exercise control and not just eat whatever wheneverā¦ but I love the flexibility and itās allowed me to stay on track for 50 lbs over 6 monthsā¦
Oofā¦ I feel that my friendā¦ I try so hard not to exercise for the caloriesā¦ but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Stay strong! š¤š»
