Oh also! If this will make your life any easier (it sure made mine easier!), there’s an app called Mona and it’s an HRT tracker. So managing schedules, reminders, stocks and a very rough estimate of your current levels (but don’t trust that). Also, you can add your blood tests and see them in the levels graph at a glance!

It helped me a lot with my slightly inconvenient dosing schedule, and being able to manage supply stock is a godsend!
