But how the hell could a tetrapod…be able to blend in?

Ah yeah, as the other commenter said, “tetrapods” is the term I should have used.
So are most land animals when you think about it.
To quote myself: “Vampires are older than property law, I think the power that keeps them out comes from physically dwelling in the place.” Just my take on it, I have no references to cite.
Vampires are older than property law, I think the power that keeps them out comes from physically dwelling in the place. As long as they’re still living there, regardless of what a judge decided, it’s their home as far as a vampire is concerned. Otherwise they could just ask each other for permission to enter someone else’s house. I’m trying to remember if this came up in Buffy…
That’s right, it was when I was looking up the best way to cook a chicken quarter, or rather 60 of them.
So has anyone who’s actually cooked a chicken before done the math? Because my guy just slapped this poor bird into pure carbon. Did he mean to do 205°F? It’s still too high, but it would at least be edible.
I’ve read that bone-in chicken should actually get to 190°F as this is when the collagen renders, but Idk it was on the Internet so…
Won’t that just drive business to the city-owned stores? Sounds like he’s trying to help!
Ultimately it’s more about trapping and consuming live animals, I don’t really care if they actually chew.
Something that takes separate groups and mixes them together.
I’ve got a system like that, you can mix together things from any group you want: fruits and vegetables, proteins, grains, you name it. Unfortunately the end product isn’t what I’d describe as desirable.
Armed to the teeth or armed with teeth…that they chew live animals with? Because I’m only interested in the latter.
We just haven’t found the carnivorous trees yet. Those poor, poor squirrels…

Nothing was meant to do or eat or kill anything, that’s just how life evolved. Again, I’m not arguing over moral stances, I think it’s very admirable. But I mean, even just as mammals we’ve been consuming other animals for more than 200,000,000 years! The reptiles those first mammals evolved from probably ate animals, as the fish those reptiles evolved from probably did as well. Cooked meat is very likely the evolutionary edge that lead to what what we can sentience, it obviously “works” on a biological level. To argue otherwise is delusion.
I was worried it was gonna say, “The length of this 50’ cable is 50 feet.”

Ever tried eating a tree? Or a boulder? Those aren’t food for humans. I’m not gonna argue against moral motivations for veganism, but I will argue against factually incorrect ones.

Try going in with a recipe that you plan on making as soon as you get home, then the other stuff you buy should only be the stuff you know you’ll actually eat or stuff that won’t go bad. Of course there’s the issue of having to buy more of a product than you need for the recipe, but that’s hard to avoid.
If you need advice on how to better motivate yourself to make the choices you know you should make, I’m afraid I’m wholly unqualified to help.
