Just for an anecdote. I live in an HOA neighborhood with a shared boat dock in NC. We had pretty random tornado damage that hit the dock last year, we aren’t in a high tornado area normally. The HoA was dropped from the insurance 1/1/24 about 2 months after the claim was made. My understanding now is out of about 20 solicited companies only 1 will insure with massive caveats. Our county is very much “red”(no I’m not personally).

I host anywhere from 1-6 streams at a time on a custom built server… I’d doubt you’re going to get what you’re asking without a much bigger build. It doesn’t take a crazy build for plex but if you ever need transcoding the pi can’t do it. My most recent iteration was ~$1300 but the price was mostly storage.

Been managing one since about 2014 and increasing/updating… it’s immensely refreshing never dealing with these companies’ garbage “updates.”

Been playing apex since launch. I’ve bought a total of 3 battle passes with actual money, it’s super easy to just continue buying the battle pass off of the previous pass rewards. I have no love for the battle pass market but the apex one isn’t one I’d call predatory. Game is free, battle pass is purely cosmetics you aren’t forced into in any way. Aside from persistent audio issues apex plays really well for me.

Also the nvidia shield. It does what roku does but better and offers more.

Ceiling fan is opposite. You’re cooled by the air going over your body. Typically (in US, at least) that means counter clockwise in summer and clockwise low speed in winter.
