How are you “Providing a service” the house is there regardless of you, you do not do anything more than Incidental labor to the shelter (if you do that) and administrative labor that is reductive given it only exists due to your involvement.

what you are actualy doing is preventing the housing from being avalible to those who need it, your tennents, are the ones who need housing and it should be owned by them. Landlording is paricitic in its nature.
