    The sudden temperature change which causes frost to form on the outside of the vehicle would rust the Cybertruck clean through.

      Unfortunately it might do the same to a Delorean.

      Musk stole the “untreated metal sheet” body from the Delorean. Not a single unique thought there.

        If I understand correctly, Deloreans used a better alloy that was properly stainless.

          I cannot confirm nor deny this, but the fact remains that Deloreans still exist today. And I do not recall ever hearing any stories about rust. Which, given its infamy, one would think would have been part of the lore by now if it was a thing.

            They are from stainless panels glued to a glass fibre body. Sink it into the fead sea and watch it vanish… or wait 20 years and any ocean will do.
