You vote people in for terms. And Netanyahu has done nothing all his voters didn’t already know he would probably do, what he promised to do, what he is doing is why he was voted in. Regret does not excuse Israel for gleefully electing the fascist multiple times.
And a lot of them are just probably disappointed about the protracted war instead of the swift genocide of infidels they hoped for.
Yes, Trump is what Americans wanted.
Netanyahu is a democratically elected representative, elected multiple times, who is doing exactly what he always advertised.
Netanyahu therefore does stand for the collective will of Israel.
Decades? USA has been manifesting destiny since before it was established and never has truly reformed from those times and never wanted to.
The majority of americans have believed themselves ubermensch before the concept and before the nation, and continue to do so.

American oligarchs are also greedy, base and overall pretty stupid so I think you overestimate the challenge of manipulating them.

News@lemmy.world•Americans are paying more than ever for cars. Cheap models are disappearing
1·4 days agoKias just a few years ago were copies of late 90s cars at a price reflecting that and low complexity making them efficient to maintain. Take a Kia now, it’s just as expensive as everything else and will be scrapped in 8 years when one of the $2000 proprietary led assemblies fails.
I don’t think I even got that far. I remember it being quite off almost immediately, I was already giving it a chance and it just did not get better.
Thing is, if something is omnipotent it has chosen to be evil if evil exists. That is why if you assume omnipotence everything is an irrelevant detail. Whether they’ve chosen to become omniscient or omnibenevolent, and omnipotent being is responsible for all evil anyway. So if either is true doesn’t matter any omnipotent God would be evil as long as evil exists.
An omnipotent being can do anything logically possible. There is nothing preventing them from thinking "I wish I was omniscient or I wish I was omnibenevolent, and so it would be. An omnipotent but not omniscient being is simply specifically avoiding becoming omniscient.
And of course, anything that is not omniscient knows they are not.

I remember trying this series out in my teens, having already gone trough quite a few, and I remember it being the first book I just dropped under a half trough, but I couldn’t remember why until know. I just remembered it as shallow and depressing to read.
But you see how if they immediately saw the base pathetic person Winston is beyond the curtain of his own narrative, none of that really works.
Well, all but B and D are redundant, an omnipotent being could simply choose to be perfect in every other way. If they are not they specifically avoid being.

Note that Japan already traded with the Nordics quite extensively, including some more traditional fish options, and the parasite-free salmon was promoted on top of a well-established trade that Norway wanted to expand with a fish they produced in abundance.
