More like rock climb for a long while right? Beginners will overuse their arms and not use their legs enough, and still even when you’re getting good the distribution of effort is total body so it doesn’t seem butt / glutes specific? If you really want to focus on butt do squats type workouts etc. but I’m being pedantic, rock climbing is awesome more people should do it.

I stopped using my arms to go up the stairs everywhere and wow, the difference it makes.

Edit: i mean using the arm’s swinging momentum to leap a step up, not literally walking with my hands.

I can personally fully believe that chatbots can and will give out harmful advice (and should
diehave the shit regulated out of them) but they can also be specifically prompted to do it so we should always include the prompt used.They could easily request bad advice, then change the content of the search bar before taking a screenshot.
There’s a very large community on the other place absolutely frothing at how much censorship already exists in all the big models and trading tips on how to jailbreak them, and Meta in particular are putting a lot of money and effort and influence into trying to convince everyone to let them run riot.
