    She’s not driving very fast. He positioned himself in front of her car.

    She waved them past first seemingly to let them through, they then seemed agitated she didn’t leave and jumped out aggressively. When confronted with violently acting individuals she rightfully attempted to leave the situation.

    She turns to not hit the car she would otherwise have drove straight into and then immediately cuts the wheel.

    The shooter can make an easy argument that he had no idea she was going to turn vs run him over HOWEVER he didn’t need to position himself in front of her car in the manner he did.

    His previous incidence of having been dragged by a car will likely be used to defend him, but to me it shows a repeated lack of judgement by the officer. He put himself in a similarly risky situation and because of his previous trauma he acted wrong.

    She didn’t need to be shot, she didn’t need to be shot 3 times and she didn’t need to be shot in the face.

    He murdered her in a situation of his own creation.
